Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change? No problem.

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of purchase.

🏡 Address Corrections

Entered the wrong shipping address?

Contact us within 24 hours and we’ll update it for you before your order ships.
Once a package is dispatched, address changes are no longer possible.


📦 Delivery Attempts

Most couriers attempt delivery twice.

If both attempts fail, the package may be returned to us.
If that happens, our team will connect with you to arrange a new delivery plan.


💔 Damaged or Faulty Items

We do everything we can to ensure your Conveel order arrives safely.

If your package arrives damaged or defective, please email us with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

We’ll send a replacement free of charge, no questions asked.
